On this edition of No Holds Barred, host Eddie Goldman discusses the events coming up on a busy Saturday, March 31, including the ONE FC: War of the Lions MMA card from Singapore, and the World Martial Arts Show and Battle of the Dojos Extravaganza in the Bronx, New York.

The stacked ONE FC card will take place at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Singapore, beginning at 7:30 PM SGT, which is UTC/GMT +8 hours.

Continuing our preview of ONE FC: War of the Lions, we spoke by Skype last week with Evolve MMA fighter Fabricio "Pitbull" Monteiro of Brazil. He is coming off a two-year layoff from fighting, and will have a difficult assignment when he faces DEEP champion Yuya Shirai of Japan in a welterweight bout on this card. Fabricio Monteiro said that he doesn't expect ring rust to be a factor in this fight, since he regularly trains at Evolve MMA, which he says has a "a spirit of the family" and "everybody cares about each other." He also looks forward to fighting for ONE FC, "the biggest show in Asia."

Also on Saturday, March 31, the World Martial Arts Show and Battle of the Dojos Extravaganza takes place at the Paradise Theater in the Bronx, New York. This event includes a martial arts tournament featuring numerous styles and disciplines, with many levels of competitors including many children expected to compete. In the evening, there will a martial arts, music, dance, and fashion show, as well as the presentation of the Life Arts Award to martial artist and actor Michael Jai White. We discuss the significance and importance of this event.
