The topic will be the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. We will discuss the various aspects of the Olympics, including the contradiction between, on the one hand, the rampant commercialism and corruption in the Olympics, and, on the other hand, the sporting aspect of this event. We will also discuss the sporting competition itself, with a focus on the boxing and wrestling. And we also will discuss what to make of the host country of these Olympics, China.
