Headlining that card are title fights between WBC light heavyweight champ Tomasz Adamek (31-0, 21 KOs) and fellow undefeated fighter Chad Dawson (22-0, 1 NC, 15 KOs), and IBF lightweight champ Jesus Chavez (42-3, 29 KOs) and interim IBF lightweight champ Julio Diaz (33-3, 24 KOs).
