On this week's edition of SecondsOut Radio, host Eddie Goldman speaks with junior welterweight prospects Edgar Santana (18-2, 12 KOs) and Dmitriy Salita (25-0-1, 15 KOs). Santana and Salita headline the Broadway Boxing card to be held Wednesday night, Sept. 20, at the Hammerstein Ballroom at the Manhattan Center in New York in separate, 10-round main event bouts. Santana fights Vladimir Khodokovsky (14-9-2, 3 KOs) of the Ukraine while Salita fights Francisco Campos (20-7-1, 12 KOs) of Costa Rica.
We also speak with promoter Lou DiBella about this series of shows and his views on boxing on American TV. Plus, we also speak with Santana, Salita, and DiBella about their own use of the popular social networking site MySpace.com to attract more fans, especially young people, to boxing.
On MySpace, Edgar Santana is here, Dmitriy Salita is here, and DiBella Entertainment is here.
